The Studio is not your typical co-working space or business hub.
In other words, we aren't 'businessy.'
Instead you'll find a comfortable, inspired space that lands somewhere between a co-working space, a cozy lounge room, and your favourite cafe.

Created as a quiet space for small and micro business owners and creatives, we offer a small mixture of desks and arm chairs in an environment ideal for freelancers, writers, designers, photographers, editors, online entrepreneurs, micro business owners, and other professionals, artists, and ‘quiet creatives.’ (Please note: The Studio is not suitable for phone based work or work that requires frequent tele-meetings or conferences.)
Located toward the rear of our premises, The Studio offers casual day use for 2-3 guests at a time.
Most importantly, The Studio is full of good vibes, creative energy, and beautiful light. And of course the onsite coffee is some of the best you'll have.
Note: If you’re looking for boardroom hire, corporate space, or a private setting for interviews/meetings, we recommend reaching out to the Connect Victor Harbor Business Hub, the Victor Harbor Library, or the Fleurieu Study Hub.

Access during regular Found trading hours only.
Fees and inclusions:

Reservation: Show up on the day to see if our casual day use desk is available, or reserve in advance with a 50% deposit, applied to the rental balance.

Exclusive/private bookings are considered on request and may also be available outside of regular hours.
